Antropia is located directly next to Driebergen-Zeist train station – we encourage you to travel by train or bus.

However, there will be maintenance work on the railway tracks around Driebergen between October 18 and 27. During this period, buses will replace trains on the following routes: Driebergen – Arnhem, Driebergen – Rhenen, Driebergen – Ede-Wageningen.
Please check your journey in advance via NS to see if these changes affect your travel plans.

If you’re arriving by car, please head directly to Q-Park P+R Driebergen-Zeist. There is no parking available at Antropia itself.

This brand-new, energy-neutral parking facility offers:

  • Automatic license plate registration (no ticket upon entry)
  • Payment at the exit barrier with debit or credit card
  • 10 electric charging stations on the first floor

After parking, exit the garage to the right and follow the footpath and signs to Antropia. You’ll see Landgoed De Reehorst on your right – it’s just a 5-minute walk.

Ticket questions & refunds

Ticket sales are handled by Antropia. For questions about your ticket or refund, please email: reserveringen@antropia.nl

I can’t attend. What now?
You can return your ticket and receive a refund until October 23 by emailing reserveringen@antropia.nl
Unfortunately, refunds are no longer possible after that date.

I lost my ticket - what now?

Search your inbox for the sender “Gotickets.” That’s where your ticket was delivered. Can’t find it? Check your spam or junk folder.

Can I film during the event?

Yes, short clips are allowed – but please avoid filming extended parts of lectures or filming participants without their consent. Feel free to share your footage with credit (and tag) to Artsen Collectief and hashtag #backtothefuture.

Can I take photos?

Photography is welcome, as long as it’s not for commercial use and subjects consent. We’d love it if you share your consented photos with credit (and tag) to Artsen Collectief and hashtag #backtothefuture.

I don’t have a dinner ticket - where can I eat?

The Princenhof pancake restaurant is within walking distance and offers a variety of dishes: meat, fish, vegetarian, and salads.

Tip: Reserve a spot in advance at the nearby Princenhof (just a short walk away). It may get busy, so we recommend booking early. Phone: 030 – 697 72 07 Email: info@princenhof.info

There are many other places to eat in Driebergen and Zeist. There is even a snack bar at the railway station for a quick snack.

What is the Surprise Night?

On Saturday evening, October 25th, we’re hosting a Surprise Night as part of the Back tot the Future conference. Expect an inspiring mix of live music, stand-up comedy, spoken word, and hot-off-the-press research – all in one vibrant evening.

This evening is open to all live participants, regardless of ticket type.

How can I join the Tai Chi session on Sunday morning at Antropia?


 Please sign up via info@backtothefuture.nu – limited to 25 participants (first come, first served).

What language will the presentations be in?

All presentations will be in English. However, the digital package will include subtitles.

What does the digital package include?

The digital package includes recordings of all presentations with subtitles. A complete edited version of the conference. Available approximately one week after the event.

What is included in the total package?

  • Access to all keynote sessions and engaging panel discussions with global experts.
  • Choose between one of three break-out sessions
  • Coffee, tea, and lunch provided both days.
  • Exclusive networking opportunities with speakers and participants.
  • Access to the exclusive Surprise Night, featuring music and performances by surprise guests – an evening you won’t want to miss (not recorded)!
  • Full digital access to rewatch all sessions post-event.

Tickets including dinner on Saturday are sold out. But no worries – there’s plenty of time to grab a bite nearby and return for the evening program (surprise night).
